What makes Cilsets different?
Cilsets lashes are designed to be beginner-friendly, lightweight, and flexible, ensuring a comfortable fit. They are also waterproof, vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without fumes or harsh chemicals—making them suitable for even the most sensitive eyes.
How do I apply Cilsets lash clusters?
1. Clean your natural lashes and pat them dry.
2. Carefully remove a lash cluster from the tray using tweezers.
3. Apply a small amount of lash adhesive to the band or on natural eyelashes.
4. Position the cluster under or on top of your natural lashes, adjusting until it sits comfortably.
5. Use seal either on lash cluster before placing on natural lashes or under when placed on natural lashes.
6. Repeat with additional clusters for your desired look.

How do I apply Cilsets Last and Brow Tints?
1. Perform a patch or allergy test on the skin before the treatment to identify and avoid any allergic reaction.
2. Start by cleaning the entire eyebrow or eyelash area before applying any product. Clean the area with a gentle, oil-free cleanser or micellar water before applying the products. Be sure to completely remove make-up, skincare products and oils. Dry the area thoroughly.
3. Before applying the color mix on your eyebrows and eyelashes, protect the surrounding skin by applying a stain protector as close as possible to the tinting area of your eyebrows to prevent any unwanted stains on the skin.
4. Mix the Lash & Brow Tint with Developer Cream in a non-metallic container(Mixing Container) at a 1:1 ratio until mixture has a homogeneous and creamy texture.
5. Use the Mini Brush or Mascara Wands to apply the coloring mixture evenly to your eyelashes and eyebrows, covering the entire surface with the mixture and leaving it on for 10-15 minutes. For the brows, be sure to apply the mixture in the shape of your desired brows and to clean up around the edges to avoid accidental staining of the skin.
6. All emulsions must be removed, and all excess residues must be cleaned.
For Lashes coat a spoolie brush with developer and tint mix, apply like you’re putting on mascara. Avoid mixture getting in contact with eyes. Leave on for 10-15mins. Wipe off residue.
How long do Cilsets lash clusters last?
With proper care and application, our lash clusters can last 2-3 weeks.Depending on care and lifestyle. However, we recommend removing them gently and replacing as needed to maintain the best look and hygiene.
How long do Cilsets lash & brow tints last?
With proper care and application, our tints lasts for 1 -2 weeks.
Are Cilsets lashes reusable?
Yes! Cilsets lash clusters can be reused, as long as you gently remove any adhesive residue and store them properly in the original tray to maintain their shape and integrity. Always handle them carefully to maximize reuse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We use DHL and Topship to ship Internationally.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on lash products. However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to assist.
What if my lashes are damaged upon arrival?
If your lashes arrive damaged, contact us immediately with a clear photo of the product and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I care for my lashes?
- Avoid using oil-based makeup removers on your lashes or lash line, as oils can break down the adhesive.
- Gently remove any excess glue after each use, rise and dry.
- Store your lash clusters in their original packaging to maintain their shape.
How do I care for my brows?
- Avoid exfoliating the brows
- Avoid oil based products
- Wait 24 hours before exposure to water/moisture
- Make sure developer is closed after use
Can I wear Cilsets lash clusters if I have sensitive eyes?
Yes! Our lashes are specifically designed without fumes or harsh chemicals, making them suitable for sensitive eyes. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult a professional.
