Lash map
Having trouble finding your perfect lash map?
Don’t worry—you’re in the right place! As a licensed lash technician, I’m here to help you figure it out in just a few simple steps. Let’s get started! 🫶🏽
Step 1: Assess Your Eye Shape
Grab a mirror and take a good look at your eyes. (Make sure you’re lash-free for this!) While certain eye shapes might look familiar, remember your features are unique—no one has eyes like you!
Below, you’ll find some of the most common eye shapes. Focus on the shape, not the size, and see which one looks most like yours.
Step 2: Choose Your Look
What vibe are you going for? Do you want something bold and dramatic? Soft and natural? Or a mix of both—elevated but not over the top?
This is where our lash trays come in:
• Drama for Days Tray: Perfect for a loud, bold look.
• Soft and Subtle Tray: For my natural queens who want effortless beauty.
• Bold and Balanced Tray: A sweet spot for those who love a mix of drama and softness.
Advice- If your eyes are small go for the classic tray or hybrid tray; work more with short lengths eg. the Soft and Subtle tray
Medium or big eyes? Feel free to work with the hybrid or volume tray

Step 3: Map It Out
Here’s where the fun begins! Get a lip liner, eyeliner, or any colored pencil that works on your skin. You’ll need to map out three key points:
1. Outer corner
2. Inner corner
3. Center point/s
For some eye shapes, finding your center point might feel tricky, but don’t stress! That just means your eye shape gives you more options for creating different lash maps. Lucky you!
The goal of lash mapping is to enhance your natural beauty—not change it. So, take your time and make sure your map feels right for you.
Example:
As shown in the image, certain eye shapes like downturned, prominent, and deep-set eyes have unique advantages. If you’re working with upturned eyes, don’t worry—you can follow the map for prominent eyes since your outer corners naturally lift higher than the inner ones.
Step 4:
Now that you’ve got your eye shape, mapped your corners, and decided on a look, it’s time to lash! Take your time and enjoy the process—you’re enhancing your natural beauty.
How to put on the lashes
- Start on a fresh clean dry face. Lashes should be dry and oil free
- Coat lashes with the glue, like you’re putting on mascara.
- Open up lash clusters kit and pick out desired length
- Apply seal either on lash band or on natural lashes (the area you want to put on the length you’ve picked out on)
- Use tweezers to stick the cluster lash to your natural lash (either from top or under)
- Use tweezers to press down your natural lash to the cluster, making sure the cluster holds and sits well
- Repeat with different lengths as desired
To stack lashes simply apply seal on lash band and stick on to previous cluster lash already on the eye, again use tweezers to press down.
To create the illusion of spikes simply get a small scissors and cut cluster in two or 3.
